Though really what greater honor is there for a Super Mario Bros. 2 fan?

Only if they make a joke about that one time Frasier tried being a furry in his rotations for med school to reference his time as Beast in the X-Men movies.
Also Final Fantasy IV and another game I don’t want to name because it’s a major spoiler.
I’d recommend making sure you try it when you don’t have something the next day. I’ve tried it twice and both times I slept for ten hours straight. I’m a heavy sleeper though.
It’s the only reason they agreed to go.
Look all I want is some X-men movies that are good again. Chances of them being good or even sexy are low. But a guy can dream.
The world is not ready for someone THAT hot.
I do think there are some things that should be built out. The fate of the Zoras and the people of Karkariko/Hyrule Town seems like it has potential. But some things should remain implied or mysterious.
I also don’t want them to explain things that were only implied in OoT. I dont want them to tell us the Poe shop owner is the solider that was standing in that room seven years prior. Or for them to explain what happens to the mayor’s son in the lost woods. Those are better as mysteries.
@fivefourpod.bsky.social and @strictscrutiny.bsky.social has Clarence Thomas ever written a good opinion? This comes across as disrespectful and, believe me, that’s intended. But it more comes from my complete lack of knowledge. I’m no law student but it must’ve happened at least once, right?
You’re not wrong but, if they rule like they should, it will basically leave no quarter. But I’m not holding my breath and it shouldn’t need to be the Supreme Court to strengthen the claim.
I can’t help but lament that Facebook was the site that became so successful that it is the metric for all social media.
Almost as though a company built from a site that rated women based on their looks is a bad thing.
At the very least make the cover good if it’s not sexy. Like, corporate art has its place but it’s not on romance covers generally.
I imagine it’s because they’re trying to brand the romance as cozy/cute. I love a cute gay romance but at least have some style and personality.
If it’s not Chris we riot.
I have thought about this a lot and while not all complaints about genAI are created equal, I just can’t find a way to ever justify using it. There is no ethical use case.
Finally a port of the DS games.
Is it so they never learn their dad isn’t a very good actor?
Actually, society would be improved somewhat if more people supported the arts and ballet/opera specifically. We probably should enthusiastically support these art forms.
Does that mean we’ll start saying “go fish” when we need to go to the bank?
It’s interesting one of the main criticisms of Pixar over the years is which stories are allowed to be told, which stories are safe, which stories are universal. They have done better with centering non-white stories but that’s about it. They’re still mostly stories that don’t alienate white boomers
Who would’ve thought that pushing out one toxic leader and not the system that allowed him to act unencumbered for decades would result in no meaningful, pervasive change.
Pete Doctor just keeps revealing how horrible he is.
It is interesting what instruments they chose for everyone. I can see why they’d put DK on drums (the concept of DK Bongos and beating his pecs like drums in bonanza is seeded here). Link on the flute makes sense as he plays one in the first game. Not sure I’d put Samus on the standing bass.
Call/write to representatives in red states but under the guise of being Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, Anita Bryant, or other famous, dead republicans? Also perhaps famous modern day pundits who are public figures but not elected officials.
Let’s face it, Leon and Chris are only there for eye candy.
I would also like to point out that society as whole is in fact not okay with effeminate boys or men. It never has been. So they really are not offering anything here anyway. The only reason to publish this piece IS to be cruel.
I thought this when I was a kid and heard it from adults. I assume it’s gimmick is why and it’s excellent use of technicolor.
I relate. A student at my college alma mater died from cancer and received a ton of money, they built a structure next to the stadium in his honor. Obviously my heart goes out to anyone suffering with cancer. It’s great that people care. But I always have complicated feelings about it after my mom.
How do you think they should break up the role? Maybe Olivia Colman when she’s happy and Rufus Sewell as her poor nerves? Or the reverse? Perhaps they recite every line together?
