Ironic poetry that the never alive AI should feed off a graveyard full of desiccated remains from other failures.

if you’re trying to “save time” as a writer by using AI, i suggest you find another profession. it takes time to write well, time to write exciting books. it takes time to write one good poem. i’ve spent years on a single poem. the time spent learning one’s craft is everything

When you love a thing you'll always find your way back to it. Also, a writer doesn't stop writing. You might not be putting words on the page, but you're absorbing life and subconsciously storing ideas. When you do come back to the page you will have been enriched by this time away.

I am going to link to organizations that I know for sure are helping trans Kansans. This thread will develop slowly as I either know people or will vet them.

At this point we have not heard from anyone being helped via relocation resources. These exist, but I assume they are overwhelmed.

A brothel in rural Nevada may be the first in the nation to unionize and this is the kind of good news I think we all need right now.

71,000 Palestinians killed by Israel. This number is unfathomable. The futures extinguished. The families decimated. This is a grief that cannot be put into words. It will be carried for generations.

I think a lot of us get hope wrong. Hope, I do not believe, is an emotion. In fact, hope makes space for lots of emotions to exist alongside it. You can DO hope scared, angry, sad etc...

Hope doesn't find us. We make hope through action and struggle. It's a practice of living and is re-made daily.
