Hey all - this is a good friend that's been taking a very personal journey through a lot of things.
We'd appreciate if you could check out his work, give a signal boost, a follow, engagement, or whatever works for you.
He also posts about his journey and processes.

I used to find tomorrow at the bottom of a bottle.
Now I’m trying to find it in my art.
“My Tomorrow” — charcoal, process, and a piece of where I’ve been.

Curious — what draws you into an artwork first?
The atmosphere?
The story behind it?
The technique?
Or the emotion it creates?
Many of the images I create originate in fragments of poetry.
Sometimes the drawing comes first. Sometimes the poem does.
But eventually the two meet somewhere in the same world.

Most of my drawings begin without references.
Just charcoal, paper, and letting the image emerge until something begins to take shape.
Sketches often become the foundation for larger narrative pieces later.

Liminal Studio is my space for building narrative-driven art and illustrated literary work.
Drawings, paintings, and poems often develop together as fragments of the same world.
Some pieces stand alone. Others are part of larger arcs that unfold slowly over time.
I work primarily in charcoal, chalk pastel, oil, and acrylic. My practice centers on narrative-driven imagery exploring myth, psychology, and liminal spaces.
Follow along for works in progress, finished pieces, writing fragments, and glimpses into the worlds behind the work.
