Vegito from Dragon Ball Z is in the middle of being forcefed the body of his opponent Super Buu after Buu has turned his body into a liquefied mass of pink slime. The slime slithers through the air in a ribbon, torrenting past Vegito's lips as his body grows to house his opponent's form. By this point, Vegito's body has swollen immensely, making the once fit, blond Super Saiyan look well-past morbid obesity. Vegito's clothes appear to have torn in the transformation, leaving him only in his gloves and boots while his sagging chest and massive belly are fully exposed to the viewer. Sweat and stretch marks coat the fused hero's enormous form, while a blue sky and rocky landscape make up the background.

With Buu's slimy body now fully housed within the blond Super Saiyan, Vegito looks even fatter than before. An interior view shows the laughing pink face of a triumphant Majin Buu, an arrow leading from it towards Vegito's corpulent body to show Buu's current location. Vegito is still nearly naked, only his white gloves and boots clinging to his flabby flesh, leaving his chunky thighs, back rolls, and elephantine buttocks exposed to the viewer. Once more, Vegito's body is covered in stretch marks and sweat, though with the backside view the cellulite on his thighs and rear is much more prominent. The background is composed of a coastal landscape and slightly cloudy blue skies.
