Andor is the best Star Wars property and the best TV show this year, and it isn't even close. It makes Rogue One even better, and Rogue One is one of my favorite Star Wars movies.
Switch 2 acquired through Target on a laptop web browser. Took a few tries.
Is anyone else trying to get a Switch 2 tonight?
Sinners was the best movie I've seen so far this year. It lived up to the hype. There was a sequence that left me in awe. Ludwig killed it with the music yet again.
It’s incredible. The hype is real!

I'm not surprised all the movies this weekend flopped. The marketing for them was terrible. I don't watch commercials, and neither does the rest of the country. If the primary way to advertise movies is the theater and they're closing the theatrical window, then they need a new plan.
I saw Novocaine over the weekend, and it was a lot of fun! Creative use of the premise. Action was decent. Sadly the trailer gave away a bunch of fights and jokes. I highly recommend it. You should have a high tolerance for gore though.
I’m at the point of job searching where companies are reaching out to me for a phone call/interview, and when I give them my availability, they ghost. Make it make sense.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a daybed?
I definitely enjoy my superhero movies/TV more if I know less about the behind the scenes machinations of them, but I can't stop listening to podcasts about them.
First thing I did when I went home is Google Anamaria Vartolomei and see what else she has been in.
There is a very good Black Mirror premise in the middle of the movie, and I really wanted to go deep into it.
Mickey 17 is a must watch for Bong Joon Ho fans! I really liked it. It is long, but it's a wild ride. I want more ethics of cloning and less big bang theatrics.
If you're into fantasy TV shows, I highly recommend the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. It's one of the best shows from last year, and it just released on Netflix. It is one of the only shows that effectively uses flashbacks.

If you have never seen Frieren Beyond Journey's End, it is the best fantasy story I've seen in a long time. That anime was the best one from last year, and it's gonna be available on Netflix this Saturday.
I saw Captain America Brave New World and The Gorge last week, and I was disappointed with both. Captain America wasn't the worst Marvel movie, but everything with The Leader didn't work. The Gorge was good until they went in the gorge. Then it went downhill fast.
I saw The Monkey and Companion over the weekend, and I highly recommend both. The Monkey is a blast. It's a horror comedy through and through. Companion is way better than the trailer that spoiled the premise. I wish I could have seen it without seeing any trailers.
Megan Ganz can direct the hell out of a bottle episode. #MythicQuest
I remember you! I use both. I do delete my tweets after a few days if I remember to do so.
Ne Zha 2 is epic. It’s some of the best action I’ve seen in a movie in a long time. I see why it made billions of dollars.
Pokemon is unplayable because of server overload.
So I have 370 hourglasses on my main and 288 hourglasses on my alt account to pull cards tomorrow. I thought the new Pokémon TCG Pocket expansion was tonight. Oh well.
Solo Leveling is scratching the hero's journey shonen itch this season. Every episode makes me want to watch more, so I just started reading the manhwa. I finished 8 of the 10 volumes in 2 days. I love the coloring, sometimes the action is incomprehensible. I'm really enjoying it
“There’s still this idea that news is only ‘real’ once it’s confirmed by big corporate outlets. After all, could one woman with absolutely zero institutional backing in leggings and a sweatshirt in her NYC apartment really be the one to break such an important story? Now we know the answer is yes.”
