1. Nova Scotia's deficit is self induced due to tax cuts the Conservatives gave their friends.
2. Ontario's deficit? Same reason as NS
3. Alberta's deficit? Same reason as NS

As happy as I am about the #Habs win tonight, you could tell just how much they miss Noah Dobson. Mike Matheson needs to handle the puck in a more confident way, and zone clearing attempts have to be more effective to relieve some pressure.
