I had ear eczema from 2005. Three years ago I tilted my head and sprayed it with Avamys nasal spray. Mad I know. After a week the eczema began to recede. Two weeks after it's gone. Not had any since. Docs tried drops, creams and bathing. A spray of Avamys every day...it can be bought privately. X

Been out of sync for a while, fainting spells, then COVID and flu. In hospital on oxygen. Then on to Tamiflu. Now on steroids and antibiotics. Had to stop my rheumatoid injection as it lowers my immunity and antibiotics fuck it over. So I'll be on painkillers very soon. It's a game.
Hope it's not an intrusion. Best. X

A line I will always remember is when Budgie bursts into his flat and shouts 'knickers off the milkmans here'. His MIL is standing in the front room. Simple. But funny. I used it a few times....to no avail.
