Let's not act like it's normal for the president to be posting weird graphics insinuating that a business he owns and profits from wants to develop the moon
Just flagging that Jared Kushner was reportedly in the situation room for a key meeting in the lead up to the war in Iran.
He has billions in investments from the Saudi government, which was pressuring Trump to go to war. Not normal. Not ok.
Yes, it is incredibly concerning that the Trump sons are backing a drone company that's aiming to sell to Gulf states that now need more protection given that their father started a war with Iran.
Palantir was a sponsor of Trump's military parade last summer and is a sponsor of Freedom 250, the Trump-backed group planning events for the country's 250th birthday. They donated $10 million to Trump's White House ballroom.
They paid to gain Trump's favor, and they got it.
As consumer confidence hits record lows, President Trump is set to headline a gala luncheon at Mar-a-Lago for top holders of his $TRUMP memecoin later this month, once again selling access to the highest bidder:
President Trump is hosting another event for his memecoin's top holders at Mar-a-Lago in 2 weeks.
It's just as outrageous as it sounds: people are lining his pockets and then getting access to the president.
Don't let it fly under the radar.
UPDATE: Robinhood won the deal, granting it access to an estimated 14 million new users.
As the CEO put it: "This puts Robinhood in front of the next generation."
When is Trump going to learn that you don't protect elections by attacking lawful voting methods used by millions of Americans (and him) or interfering with state-run elections?
A new Trump admin proposal would require 65 insurance companies covering millions of Americans—including federal workers, retired Congress members, mail carriers and their families—to provide OPM with reports of sensitive health data on their members.
We haven't forgotten that Jared Kushner apparently still hasn’t filed any financial disclosures—even though he's legally required to, now that he's peace envoy.
Meanwhile, he's set to head to Ukraine this month in a bid to relaunch talks on a peace deal.
NEW: We sent a complaint to CIGIE urging an investigation into whether Labor IG Anthony D’Esposito violated federal ethics laws by making political statements and aligning his independent office with the Trump admin's politics while reportedly considering other partisan jobs.
The Trump admin argued that a court order pausing work on the WH ballroom raises national security risks.
The judge was skeptical: "Please!...the existence of a ‘large hole’ beside the White House is, of course, a problem of the President’s own making."
Given their massive financial entanglements, we can’t trust that the Trump family is operating with Americans’ best interest at heart.
And with this new drone investment, Eric and Don Jr. are actively seeking to profit from their father’s war mongering. People need to pay attention.
Jared is now apparently failing to comply with ethics laws as a “volunteer” Trump admin envoy, while reshaping foreign policy and taking every opportunity to make billions on the side.
Meanwhile, Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner was traveling the world negotiating with Israel, Russia and Iran—and then helped drive Trump’s decision to attack Iran, as he solicited billions from Middle Eastern countries for his company.
It got worse when we noticed that Eric and Don Jr. kept meeting with high-level officials from foreign governments—eight countries by our last count.
That includes Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Israel, all of which could be potential clients for Powerus.
It was bad enough when we just knew that the Trump Organization was planning 24 new developments abroad during Trump’s second term, bringing with them countless conflicts of interest.
We already knew that Eric and Don Jr. held a stake in a drone company that was trying to sell drones to the Pentagon—a huge conflict of interest in and of itself.
Now Powerus is trying to sell to Middle Eastern countries that need to beef up defenses during the war in Iran.
During Trump’s first term, his sons at least made *some* semblance of an effort not to engage in foreign business deals. That's out the window.
Now, they’re launching one new international deal after another—even positioning themselves to make money on Trump's war in Iran. 🧵
The fact that Pam Bondi appears to have lost her job for not attacking Trump’s enemies more aggressively—rather than her inept and dangerous leadership—means the Senate must demand that her replacement focus on restoring the DOJ's independence.
NEW: We submitted a comment to the DOJ urging it to withdraw a proposed rule that would effectively allow it to block state bar disciplinary authorities from investigating and disciplining DOJ attorneys for misconduct.
Read the full comment here:
Trump's budget request shows an 866% increase in costs for White House repairs and renovations, going from $39 million to $377 million.
That apparently includes the private donations to Trump's White House ballroom, which raise corruption concerns.
Just a reminder that Robinhood donated $2 million to Trump's inauguration. Then the the SEC dropped an investigation into the company.
Now, Robinhood is also the "preferred platform" for the $TRUMP memecoin lunch later this month—and it just got a huge win from Trump.
NEW: We sued the DOJ for failing to produce records about Federal Tort Claim Act claims filed by President Trump, including his $230 million claim over investigations into his potential criminal conduct.
The American public deserves transparency.
The Trump administration wants to send federal agents to the polls in November.
Did they forget that 18 U.S. Code § 592 makes it a crime, punishable by 5 years in prison, to deploy federal troops to polling places?
1. Sean Duffy donated $1 million to Northwoods Future PAC
2. Richard Uihlein, whose company has lobbied on transport policy, donated $1 million to the PAC
3. Then, the PAC spent nearly $1.2 million promoting Duffy’s son-in-law, who's running for Congress
The numbers don’t lie. It was never about government efficiency—it was about cutting programs Trump didn’t like, undermining oversight and opening the floodgates for unchecked spending.
Americans deserve better.
