I'm in the US. I occasionally drink tea in the fall & winter. Just one cup at night if I do. I will have ice tea that I make since I don't like sugar or aspartame. I don't drink much if it. Honestly, I'm probably always dehydrated because aside from morning coffee, I rarely drink during the day

Some are due to my chronic illnesses. I used to post photos & nice things, but it feels "phony" if that makes sense. I read light, easy stuff that I don't even review. I've had Wind and Truth since last year & haven't read a page. I don't care either. Reading over 1000 is just daunting
I haven't posted in a while either. Nothing is normal right now & I just don't have it in me right now. I haven't had one anxiety free day since January. I'm so damn exhausted. I'm behind on reviews and reading. It's like I can't pretend everything is normal because it's not.
I used to teach a bioethics course, which had a 10-page paper requirement. I would never allow the use of AI. META is actively mining everything we post to train it. I'd love to ditch my Instagram. I loathe META, but it helps authors. I deactivated FB years ago. It's toxic, just like threads.
I block as well. I loathe AI. My college has allowed instructors to decide how AI can be used in class. I don't teach courses that it would be of any use. It's theft and horrible for the environment. It should not be allowed at all

Book Review: The Undercutting of Rosie & Adam by Megan Bannen. This final book in the Hart & Mercy Series is just as wonderful, beautiful, & emotional as the first 2. I will miss this world & characters. I highly recommend this series!
