We are looking at a painting of St Liphardus - a 6th-century lawyer, hermit and abbot in Meung-sur-Loire near Orléans, France. He is wearing bishops clothing including a surplus and mitre and is holding a crook. On a lead is a small knee high green and blue dragon.
We’re very sorry sir but you cannot bring your emotional support dragon in here.

Bike lanes do take space away from drivers.
Why not get rid of sidewalks too, hell school zones really slow drivers down..get rid of schools! While we're at it i'm kind of tired of those pesky residential areas with their people and stop signs - no more homes! Nothing but roads and parking lots.

Macro photo in portrait arrangement — a jaunty little click beetle faces the camera while perched, dare I say in an optimistic posture on some stucco. His antennae look like a series of triangles. He looks curious. Happy. Hopeful. One supposes this is because he does not have a cell phone and does not read the news. All he knows is being a cool bug and also clicking his entire body like a weird awesome dude any time someone tries to Kafka his ass upside-down. I wish I could do that. Getting out of bed in the morning would fucking rule. Photo by me, Chuck Wendig
Good morning instead of enjoying clickbait let’s enjoy this click beetle

Duane Bratt: Gerrymandering electoral map will erode Alberta democracy
Thursday was a bad day for democracy, and possibly setting up an even worse day for democracy.
“It is not an exaggeration to say that the minority report was gerrymandered to benefit the UCP by significantly diluting urban voters.”

Fiscal conservatives
"The 2021 Alberta referendum on daylight saving time (held alongside the municipal election) cost at least $10.6 million. This included approximately $1.1 million for Elections Alberta to administer the vote and around $9.5 million to assist municipalities with implementation."

We voted down this referendum because we didn't want daylight time, we wanted standard time but the question explicitly was for Daylight time.
I thought this was a binding referendum?
Isn't implementing this illegal?

In the full video, Carney does not make the comments attributed to him in the clip, nor does he discuss Alberta separatism at any point.

Smith says that she wants to redraw the maps to ensure that rural gets the representation it deserves because rural constituencies are complex & too big.
This compares the majority report & the minority report.
It's the cities that get carved up, rural barely moves.
