Even if you're doing something like running, I see people doing that daily with normal bluetooth earbuds so hopefully not an issue. Best bet would just be to try something that seems decent from a place that does returns so if you have issues you can get your money back and try something else!

earbuds are wayyyyyyy better at staying in your ears now, I guess it depends on what you're doing but I wouldn't worry about the lack of extra stuff to hold them in place.
Also I def would not do wired, but that's personal preference
