It’s still lovely. Everything I paint is rough looking and I’m not sure if it’s because of my vision issues or inexperience, probably a combination of both lol. I’ve only used cold press so far and am afraid of trying the hot press I picked up. This is an awesome portrait either way!

This is my first attempt ever at drawing or painting a human other than some doodles. Because of my vision issues, trouble with edges and with hair detail,did my best with the clothing folds and wrinkles and trying to get the light to sort of make the dress satinesque!
