Hello friends! The new update is here, a "lots of little things" update that adds encounter progression and NPC preferences, condoms/birth control, uncharacteristic action penalties, random dialogue framework, and gives some love to the bartender portion of the River Rat career, plus so much more!

Not that I should even have to say this, considering the nature of the game.. but I'd just like to reaffirm that the creator, devs, and moderators of Course of Temptation support LGBTQIA+.
It's a game where you can be gay, bi, lesbian, trans, enby, ace, demi.. it's kind of obvious where we stand!

The October update! We've added the first seasonal event, Harvest Eve, taking place in the last week of Gourdtober! This event features costumes, masks, a party with two contests, and unique events. Improvements to the People dialog and extensions to the description system also feature.

To answer some questions:
- Yes, this applies to games in progress! All your NPCs will gain a feature as soon as you load your save.
- To add features to your character, turn on Cheats & "Allow NPC Customization", then go to Character -> Character Appearance -> Re-customize

Time for a quick update preview!
The next update will include a small tweak to NPCs - Distinguishing Features.
Every NPC will get something small that stands out about their appearance, from a cute button nose to a pointed chin and more, and you can choose as many "features" as you like for your PC!

The months are:

- Frostuary
- Meltember
- Springril
- Jaugust
- Autumber
- Gourdtober
- Festember

The Harvest Eve festivities will take place on the last Friday in Gourdtober, but you'll have the whole last week of the month to pick out a costume at a new pop-up shop - Specter Jester!

So we recently mentioned Gourdtober, but what about the other months?
Well, Course of Temptation has seven months of four weeks each - that's 196 days a year to flirt, hook up, work, stream, party, and occasionally actually study and take classes.

Happy October, or should we say.. Gourdtober?
