Unclear why contractors wouldn’t just check the boxes. I can’t find any applicable federal law that would prevent any foreign org or corp, even one receiving US funding, from maintaining a DEI program.

Try startallback.com to get the old taskbar behavior back. I think there are a few others but that’s what I use.
