As of today I have officially hit my goal of 220lbs! For a while I was going back and forth between 221 and 222 and thought I was never going to hit my goal. Super proud of myself for getting this far. I'm going to continue to push myself further and set new goals. Next up is 210! :)

Today I'm down to 231 lb which officially marks 20 pounds lost. I'm almost at my goal of 220 lb and I couldn't be happier. Great start to the new year.

My treadmill is trying to kill me. It shorted out on me TWICE while jogging.

Been working out and eating healthy for a week and I'm already feeling so much better. Already lost 6 pounds so far, now I weigh 245lb. Something I've instantly noticed is that my heartburn's gone. Super excited to see how far I can go!
