I got the same message. What a joke. Seems to be as I will need to include savings/investment returns on my tax return - like most people with a savings account. No emails reminding me to sign up though... just one, easily lost in the post, letter.

The really fun bit is they won't give you the helpline number until you have signed up. But you need to pick software before you sign up.
Have any freelancers actually done this yet?

Trying to choose Making Tax Digital software so I used HMRC's software finder. Got this message "You’ll need to combine several of these pieces of software to fully complete your quarterly updates and tax return". So I need several bits of software to legally do my tax return. Are they joking?

This has all gone very quiet. Do I need to re-calculate your remaining steps?

The many emails from a PR trying to plug a "crypto" Christmas jumper have only been superseded by news that there is a House of Commons themed Christmas jumper. WHO WOULD WEAR THAT?

This is very sad. One of the most iconic soap characters ever and a very nice funny man in real life.

I'm worried the scriptwriters have forgotten about Bianca. She's been in that lock-up a few weeks now and no one has even mentioned her.
Also why is Junior always wearing a suit for his non-job?

Interesting that Ofgem is pushing tariffs with low standing charges. I couldn't see any when I did a comparison and quick search. Any ideas please?

Amazing when you consider that I often get mail for addresses with the same door number as mine in the next street, as that appears to be confusing...

That is not good money saving. Steps outside are free! As is pacing round the flat.

Oh dear, bad start. Shall re-do the calculation for you on a daily basis?

Just to continue one of my "favourite" themes from the other place, it's not just "families" who live in houses, pay bills etc. Single people, couples, houseshares etc all exist too.
An example: Miatta Fahnbulleh who says "all families deserve the security of a home they can afford to heat."

Can't wait for your take on the best way to cover up a murder is to argue about it in the pub at top volume every single day.
