Japanese Curry in the rice cooker for when you really Can't Be Bothered You will need: Rice cooker (duh) One of each: potato, carrot, tomato, bell pepper, onion, apple (I try to include at least 3 of them, but I also made a version that is just potatoes and onion, and it was still good. mix and match however) Japanese curry cubes (I use Golden Curry, but any version that looks like a funky chocolate will do) Chop the veggies into roughly similar sized pieces. Break two quarters of a curry brick into smaller chunks. Throw everything into the rice cooker with enough water to just about cover it, turn on. Check in every 15 or so minutes to stir, when the potatoes are soft, its done. If you are smarter than me then you maybe cooked some actual rice beforehand, but it goes well with noodles or just a piece of sourdough. Bone apple teeth.
