Currently reading Digital Community, Digital Citizen by Jason Ohler. I've enjoyed the more fond memories of the early days of social media. His book should be required reading for anyone interacting online. Anyone running for any public office should absolutely have to read it.

Constant Contact had trouble with a list segment build on a whopping 50 contacts, which took 3 hours.
...and we pulled the plug and are switching hosting companies after 13 years.
