I was actually playing around with Claude Code to build a Playdate game and, while it worked, it actually felt very empty and unfulfilling so I dropped it.
I’m not sure I will ever be able to finish “the old way” but I know that whatever I will attempt will feel much better to build.
Someone needs to gather some data to see if outages and disruptions have trended upwards or not after agentic coding has become more spread

After many years finally played Spec Ops. Some of the moments still hit but the hype and wait play a little bit against it since, while I didn’t know what happened exactly, I knew enough.
Did it but unfortunately the screen had a scratch that it wasn’t advertised :( still works but it’s a bummer.

The Switch 2 keeps getting cheaper here. It’s not 50 euros below the price I paid in December (which was discounted already). I have used it a lot because of Donkey Kong but feels a bit bad since I could have easily waited.
Just remembered I have a bunch of cool Pokémon’s stuck in SoulSilver but the idea of putting the work (if it’s even possible) to get them into Home is very unappealing.

I probably will push this until the end because I want to test Claude on this but I feel very conflicted about this whole thing honestly. Seems perfect for someone in the situation I am in (with ideas and tired all the time) but can't help but feel guilty using it.

More than “out of control” immigration (which isn’t a real issue), it has become pretty clear that the commodification of traveling and the current tourism industry has contributed greatly for the rise of far right movements and community issues.
I don’t even understand the best case scenario for this tech when we have more games available to play than ever before for every possible taste. Even if this worked, which it doesn’t of course.

A building is much more interesting to me than a tree or a mountain. And I guess that’s why LLMs are also incredibly boring to me? I like seeing human choices and reasoning and that’s why I like technology. Maybe I will become obsolete but I also don’t care about that I guess
I just feel a huge disconnect when people talk about this black boxes doing anything interesting because, in the end, I don’t find random number generators that follow certain rules interesting. It’s the same way I don’t really care about nature beauty when compared to human creations.
I think one fundamental reason all this AI stuff doesn’t register for me is that I really don’t care about machines interacting or “doing stuff” or even the discussion of if we can develop consciousness or whatever. I like doing things myself and I like things done by humans.
