Robert Fico, the corrupt pro-Kremlin Prime Minister of Slovakia, is clearly worried by Orban's fall in Hungary.

He's trying to rig the electoral system in his favour, but many people in Slovakia aren't happy about this.

Excellent piece by Ian Dunt on voting systems. Arguably a good voting system would elect not the most popular candidate, but the least unpopular one - i.e. the candidate that most voters are content with. Ranked choice voting can do that, and if implemented as STV can give decent proportionality too
