The study, called “Inclusive Talk,” aims to understand people’s experiences, including what helps, what makes things harder, and whether factors like age, gender, or ethnicity make a difference. Participants are asked to complete a short online survey and take part in a 60–90 minute interview, with a £75 shopping voucher offered. A blue graphic reads: “Baroness Casey has said what many of us have long known: adult social care is underfunded, undervalued, and too often overlooked in national policy. The structural challenges she described mean too many people still face barriers to accessing the right care and support at the right time, in a system that drives fragmentation and short-term decision making, creating instability for those who rely on support."
