We’re going to have to look out for ourselves if H5N1 hits hard in 2025. The crowd who voted for Trump over egg prices is about to pay a much greater price, especially with who he’s appointing. Leadership matters—unfortunately, we’re going to see what happens when it’s ignored.

From 2019-2024, 80.2% of those caught with fentanyl at ports of entry were U.S. citizens. The real issue? Demand. Blocking borders won’t solve the crisis—we need to address the root causes fueling addiction and the market for this deadly drug.

Sadly, that is the kind of culture and behavior the coming administration promotes and condones. We cannot allow this horrific trend to take hold here.
