Been feeling the depressies the last few days. Forced myself to go do errands despite it. I was scowling/being grumpy, but when I drove past the construction at the end of the street one of the guys yelled "I LOVE your hat!!"... And it made me smile real big.
Gotta focus on the little things. ✨

I've got my fave big hoodie on, my favorite death cab for cutie album playing on vinyl, a candle lit, a window open and Void just laid on my chest... Truly this is what life is about. I couldn't possibly be more content and happy with life right now.
For anyone that might need to hear this: you can start over. At any time. Even if you thought you had life planned out.
And sure it'll be scary, it'll be hard, it'll hurt, it might even feel like a you're living a double life sometimes... But you can be happy again. And you deserve to be.

Migraines are far worse than headaches. They impact vision, feel skull-splittingly painful and make it impossible to function properly. They are debilitating, chronic and can last an awfully long time, even days.
