This is quite soothing.

Scraps of metal scatter the ground around her as some rest between her armoured fingers. They shift and bend with each flex of a finger as they smooth into something new.
Antiquary hums jovially with the work, occasionally glancing out over the bed of vibrant flora she'd taken to sitting above.
Is that surprising?
*Her brows furrow a little.*
He's not quite what I expected... but stories and secondhand accounts aren't always the most accurate.
Maybe I should visit a Human market...
Yeah...
*She'd been hoping to forget that fact.*
Even with the Master Juridical and the Didact, a lot of the council is still missing. It's so quiet.
*She shakes her head vigorously.*
Of course not. It's lovely to see another one of us and you wouldn't happen to have seen anyone else...?
Currently trying to put out a fire.
Is all this screaming normal?
- converse while we walk? I would really like to finish this thought of mine."
- saying that doesn't always make it so..." She hums, as she continues on before pausing with a tilt of her head.
"As for your question, no, this is not my home," her tone takes a very noticeable, yet momentary dip before quickly lifting into something chipper.
"May we -
- least.
"They really shouldn't go around instigating violence, we're better than that."
There's a soft note of pride to her voice as her gaze is pulled towards the direction she was heading. Her feet even resume their previous path, albeit slowly.
"There's no need to worry, but I suppose -
"Rip... Mantle no. I would never want to hurt someone in such a way, much less someone I don't even know. What an awful introduction..." She shivers at the thought.
Incredibly barbaric too.
"Do you know who they were? I could report them to the Council for you?"
What was left of it at -
- quivering like some Manipular. The Domain had always been her sanctary, but not like this...
Another breath.
"I'll see them again, one day."
- shoulder. A hand. A presence. It takes her by surprise so much so that she stiffens initially.
But, it offers her something. A small comfort, one that was equally embarassing as it was consoling.
"I know," she murmurs after a breath, daring to lift her head. At least her lips weren't -
- the Warrior-Servants. It would be unseemly for her to level such a baseless accusation.
"I just..." Her words falter.
She wasn't sure what she was trying to say. What could she say? What words would fill the gap?
Nothing could.
Nothing would.
Something settles on her -
Her pounding heart skips a beat at his words, and she looks up with wide, panicked eyes.
"Oh... n-no," she stammers hurriedly between sniffles. "I- I wasn't trying to suggest you spoke falsely, Didact."
Mantle no. He may not be the leader of her rate, but he was... is? The leader of -
N-no.
That's not what I meant. Not at all!
"The Mantle is what guides us and our actions. It is the right to nurture and protect all life within the Galaxy. Do you not have something similar?"
She tilts her head at him with a soft sigh and a small smile beneath her visor.
"I... of course, I would love to see your constructions!"
Oh...
A Lifeworker.
"Has it been so long? I must've been rather absorbed...
But, I'm... okay. Things aren't going as well as I had expected, but these are how the Mantle tests us.
Are you well?"
