Beautiful morning for a walk.
Taking time to breathe in the fresh air and move my body.

Rough week. Did not keep up on self care. Starting weekend with a long walk. Then spending time with my favorite boys.

This one is of the boys (1 year littermates) and our 18yr old lady Pearl (black).

Thinking about posting a pic of my pets everyday. They bring me love and joy and distraction from the crazy things in this world. Here is my Rocky playing this morning and my current heart cat Karma who keeps me company at the office!
