The US is very deeply sick. It always has been. I still hope for a mass movement that targets the root of the rot, but it is very, very late.

They are a lost cause. The conditions brought about by their illusions will have to be what finally radicalizes them and makes those who still stay on the fence irrelevant. Not saying people should give up dialog if they still have it in them; that’s just where I am personally.

Will the Apple computer I just ordered be considered one of the last good ones or one of the last bad ones? The one it’s replacing was one of the last Intel-based ones. If I know capitalism, they’ll just keep getting worse like everything else.
