Pretty minor, it's mostly people with less active research programs who have fewer students. Every 5 years after tenure we get evaluated, and if you had no research students it would be flagged but could be addressed easily

Great paper! Simple and to the point. A short mathematical description of the RNN model would be helpful. Also, showing that the random resevoir also works would help strengthen it. I get the feeling you already tried it just didn't write it...
