ya a proper turtle habitat/tort table takes a LOT of work to build & can be a big investment. plus at some point ur going to need to rebuild it as ur Shell Bud grows!

I started many yrs ago working w reptile rescues in Chicago helping rehab tree frogs, geckos, turtles, eventually ended up rescuing & rehabbing a baby gator, then Tyrus found me.

it's a lifestyle 😂

we were in Chicago and now we're in the desert of Phoenix AZ. It's taken some big adjustments but Tyrus is def happier here

important to note tho that Ty is a Redfooted Tort so he has much different habitat needs than a Russian & couldn't live outside in any climate that isn't tropical.
