Good luck! Oh, wait…

One of my all-time favorites.
the basic theory of DOGE was that if powerful people said it was fine it didn’t matter what the law said.
I think proving that theory wrong is worth significant effort
#Portland #poetry community, my dad, David Hedges, will be launching his latest book, “Capillary Action: Verse in a Light Vein,” Sunday, 4/19 at 3:00pm at Mother Foucault’s Bookshop on SE Grand Ave.
A couple of us from my band will be there to play some tunes in support. We’d love to see you there!
denial of wallet, tbh
Oh, every one is always nostalgic for the geocites era web but when somebody actually makes a platform that crashes every 10 minutes, suddenly everybody wants future technology, I see how it is.
Would be cool if people running for the U.S. Senate would have this kind of thing figured out *before* they run for office.

i resemble this remark!
i'm willing to go by this title, for the record
Yup. So incredibly dumb.
I thought this was a headline from The Onion yesterday when I saw it.
When you feel imposter syndrome sneaking up on you, just remember that JD Vance lectured the Pope on theology.
I have the most basic “complication” enabled because anything with more features uses more battery. I charge mine while I’m working so I can wear it at night in case there’s a family emergency. Definitely would be better with multiple days if battery life.
honestly i am constantly thinking things like "where are the fathers" these days
Holy shit, David Byrne?!
sjimmyp.bsky.social has me on a list called suspected russian bots that has 96 people on it and has a one-word description: sketchy.
OK, this is pretty funny. I’m definitely not a Russian bot, but sketchy? Fair.
Also credit where it’s due 👇
I’ve been using @segdeha.com’s aspect ratio calculator for YEARS:

…so yeah, this definitely inspired mine.
Simple tools. Zero fluff. Still undefeated.
I’m a laptop closed + 1 big monitor kind of guy when I’m at my desk. I find the screen real estate helpful in situations where I need to refer to info while I do the task.
Can confirm that NE 33rd & Sandy is an intersection where pedestrians and bikers need to keep their head on a swivel. People do not care about anything other than getting where they’re going 1 minute faster. 😕
Mine’s Balsamic Infidelity, which honestly sounds more like a post-punk band name.
Balsamic Infidelity
Iran killed ~10K of its own citizens for protesting over the last couple of years, so my guess is this number reflects the MAGA base + some people willing to hold their noses about *how* the attack is being conducted because we're doing *something.* (Personally, I'm against it, for several reasons.)
Sounds like winning electoral strategy, but I wonder whether accountability for the crimes of this administration (which he only hinted at) are on the agenda because otherwise we’re going to find ourselves in the same boat where the 🤡s survive politically and run for office again.
Blast from the past telling us an age old story!
So. Much. Winning.
Me at a rustic retreat center on the South Island of New Zealand, surrounded by trees with a clear blue sky above. I'm wearing shorts, a yellow T-shirt and a pink afro-style wig. My short goatee shows no grey. I'm spinning a junior-sized Seahawks football on my fingers like a basketball.
Found this photo of me from 2011. Simpler times… 😅
It’s definitely been a learning experience since early 2019 when we managed to release our first book. Thankfully, I did a lot of desktop publishing back when that was a term! 😂 And, of course, as a family press, it’s a labor of love!
