studying the variants of my Lorevana species. since they live on 3 different levels of the mangrove forest, they have developed different features through evolution regarding their claws, wings and tail mostly. Diet and teeth as well, that will be another study 📝

I have cleaned up my workspace to a decent amount 🙌 kicking my depression in the butt day by day. bonus desk now in my living room. surrounding myself with art vibes 😊 I can do it 👊

I haven't drawn digitally in ??? I guess it's a combo of my past depression and the global digital tiredness (aka THAT terrible learning machine) that made me crave paper again. anyways this is a Lorevana diving for fish because I based that off of puffins who are awesome in fishing despite bird??

writing script 😁 seems like nothing much but since the creation of my comic ideas a 15-ish years ago, I hadn't actually written much on the Everblooming Forest. now thanks to my cowriter I have a long script already and that's just the history behind my actual story 😅 Loving the process so far.

thank! that's the Spirit Lake 😁 the skull just means it's a place where the souls of the dead collect and get 'judged' to get sent off to the afterlife, much like the Egyptian way of soul judging 😬 my 4 spirit creatures are the judges there (need to draw them again)
