Trumps attempts at media control have not just largely failed but backfired. The long term landscape is still unknown but hardly likely to be friendly. & social media is beyond his control.

For all of Trumps life, when he failed at something (which was frequently) he'd run to someone—usually his dad—to bail him out. He is failing now & his first instinct, after insisting he wasnt, was to ask to be bailed out & what hes discovering is theres no one interested in doing that for him here.
