We need a culture and policies that embrace diversity, find opportunities where we used to spot flaws, build management systems to prosper through the efforts of the real people that are there, and a culture that values different strengths and victories.

We are not tiles. We are diverse pieces.

Too long have nations/markets been trying to force people into the mold that makes them similar.

Thanks to this culture, too many think they don’t fit the picture, way too many try to be something that they are not, and our nations and people are too fragile to face what lies ahead.

I’ve been thinking about the sentence: the nation is a puzzle. By that, I mean that people create more than a sum of pieces. But if we want that picture to survive, we need diverse pieces instead of standardized tiles.

It is easier to build a picture from tiles, but easy is not what we need.

I truly hope that this year will be happy. There are many reasons to expect the worst. Therefore, we need all hopes and doings to make the year happy and peaceful.

Full support to everyone trying to save nature, stop wars, prepare for crises, and build trust between people.

On top of that, it's been so energizing to thank my team for their hard work and success this year. It is essential to stop and list all the things you are thankful to your colleagues and friends.

Today has been one of the best days in my job. Just before the Christmas holidays, numerous push messages tell about new donations, funding, and other decisions that have been made. It seems that we can make a difference also in 2024.

The fact that Western Europe lacks ammunition makes it a necessity to support Ukraine much more right now.

Finland has been an independent country for 106 years. We’ve had to fight for our independence. Thank you, veterans. I think the most important thing to celebrate today, is the democratic and equal welfare state that made us the happiest nation in the world. That is worth fighting for.

Yesterday, I visited a morning show, #huomentasuomi. We published a music video proposing a new, a bit more modern verse to the national anthem of Finland.

The new song fulfills the national anthem, focusing on soil and shores by bringing the sea into the picture.

My alma mater ranked better when I graduated, still performing well. I can recommend Aalto University, and I might apply myself for doctoral studies. Already two master's degrees from Aalto.

Today, we introduced a new music video proposing a verse or amendment to the Finnish national anthem. This section concentrates on the sea we have in Finland.

45 minutes to my first time in television as a managing director of BSAG.

Tomorrow, we shall open downhill skiing season. It is the first time, after being seven years old, that I have a seasonal ticket for skiing.

Slopes in southern Finland are small, but I look forward to spending time with my daughter in Vihti Ski this winter.

Black Friday is a problematic day, and probably there are no winners in that. For retailers, it likely just alters the day of sales, but does it really increase profits? Black Friday is damaging for the globe as it increases sales of vain gadgets. Could we get something better, please?
