These limits don't make the situation easier, but it does make you think about it differently. And thinking about things differently can lead to something that stands the test of time!

In times like this where the game industry is trickier to navigate, I think of some of the early developers and how they made the most of their limitations. Graphics were just vectors or pixels on a screen, sounds were basic digital waveforms, and game engines weren't even a thought.

I’ve been playing Skate 4 and LOVE how they implement music as a collectible! The transition from 3D to 2D audio, removing filters, and UI sounds perfectly convey what’s happening and feel so satisfying. 😙🤌🏻🛹
