I used to average 24-25 minutes for a mile pace. (Just walking) but now I’m starting to run more and I’m at my lowest with 18:05 today. I know, it’s not super fast and above average but I’m going to keep going and see if I can get to 17:00 this week. If I got to 16 or 15 🤯

I just ran my fastest pace for a mile with 18:05 and yes, I know that's super slow and most people can do that with 2 miles but you gotta start somewhere.

Went to Captain America: Brave New World and it was good! You definitely need to have some background knowledge on the story from “The Incredible Hulk” & “The Falcon & The Winter Soldier” show on Disney to fully understand and appreciate this storyline.
