I thoroughly enjoyed every single one. I love how each one has its own sense of atmosphere. The latter 3 have super engaging plots, and I also really enjoy the gameplay loop in all 4 games. I also revisit the music across the series almost every day tbh

If Dread didn't exist this would be my fav Metroid by a longshot. Not much else to say it's def one of my favorite GBA games in general.

Xenosaga Episode 1 - The story and lore are extremely interesting but ultimately feel like they're 98% setup for the next couple games. The game does feel kinda mediocre in other aspects with its poorly aged graphics, lacking music diversity, and extremely slow exploration and battle animations.
