Я собрал свой на esp32 + esphome + hass + nuki lock. В hass 2 режима: party mode (пускать всех) и открыть-дверь-один-раз по звонку в домофон, когда возвращаюсь домой я. Единственный недостаток - аудио/видео у меня нету. Пока на бредборде и выглядит как бомба, думаю сделать кастомную PCB со временем
