Update: Web services remain impacted, but we are still working with the hosting infrastructure provider to recover public access. Rest assured that our servers have suffered no failures, and there has been no data loss in this process - the problems are constrained to a networking issue alone.

Quick update: Looks like the hosting provider is having some trouble. We can get into our box over lights out, but not over the 'net. Updates to follow.
