Happy Earth Day! I have gained a huge appreciation for nature since becoming an oyster farmer. Oysters filter water for nutrients, and pull carbon from the water to build their shells. This process reduces the amount of carbon in the water, and strengthens the entire marine ecosystem! It's neat! 🦪
