Alberta spent 60 years creating a world class education system that is even used in international schools. Danielle Smith would prefer an American style system so her elitist friends can get more tax dollars for their private club style schools. They don't want their kids rubbing elbows with pleebs.
The rezoning is ridiculous. We are going to go back to a time in which density is only for the working class neighbourhoods like the one you grew up in so that the "elite" of Calgary don't have to deal with non market housing and have to stand in line for coffee with people they think are lesser.
Contributing to the economic stratification of communities. They will zone low income neighbourhoods for density and only allow non market housing in those communities so their rich friends don't have to stand in line at the local coffee shop with the "poors".

This also assumes University/college admissions are stupid. If they see grade inflation they will account for that. It is an opaque process.
Students who take online courses will have their grades discounted sooner than later.
