I saw this graph today, and I took this as a HUGE condemnation of Canadian banks. They are so risk averse that they won't write mortgages for the "average buyer" any more. They are forcing the average buyer to have a parent willing to co-sign, eliminating many homebuyers from the market.

I hope some Canadians get a nice free lunch or dinner out of the meeting, before Mark Carney tells the Americans to get lost. I suspect this we will use the F35 as a bargaining chip, so won't hear a final decision on the Gripen until CUSMA talks this year.
