Still not really using social media much apart from scrolling cohost and occasionally Tumblr. It's been one of the best changes I made in life, it used to suck up so much of my energy and give me such anxiety.

I stopped using cannabis at the end of November. It was hard letting go of that crutch but my mind is a fair bit clearer. The rest of the brain fog is almost assuredly trauma related but I'm getting through that with good therapy.
Still working on getting the art thing back. Slow going on that one.
