“your best men die in alleys
under a sheet of paper
while your worst men
get statues in parks
for pigeons to shit upon for
centuries.”

I usually don’t care to prepare chicken legs, but this is a way that I enjoy. Cook down chicken legs in 2 jars of curry sauce, butter chicken if you can’t tolerate spice. Add cashews. When chicken is done, but still on the bone, add chopped potatoes, a good dose of salt for the taters and half stick butter (optional).
Let it cook off the bone, stir it up, and make it all the same consistency with your washed hands, this will allow you to find any bone fragments. Serve with white rice and and naan bread, or saltines in a pinch.
