I think we should stop labeling months because it's inevitably divisive at a time when we need to focus on uniting before elections. Why can't we just live our individual truths every day, and as long as no one thrives on violence or hatred, allow all to remain simply humans BE-ing.

I feel like I'm in an alternate universe. Smiling? Singing? Children laughing? Responsible adults enjoying their work and physically demonstrating their values? I want this world again. It was never perfect, but it was undeniably better. Our children deserve to know joy again.

I find it inappropriate that politicians are playing dueling scriptures with the Pope instead of remembering the Constitutional framers' position about the neutrality toward religion, the freedom of belief & expression, & prevention of governmental endorsement or coercion of religion.

Yes, I remember going for days at a time without worrying that the day would end in some meaningless catastrophe. Instead of worrying about politics all the time, I admired the competency of Obama while Hillary conducted international negotiations around the globe, and I felt safe. I miss it.
