It's open season for refusing AI There's been a wave of successful efforts to ban, reject and shut down AI.

Movements to shut down or ban data centers are amassing power and notching victories. Wikipedia has banned AI-generated content in articles. Publishers and entertainment studios are being pushed to reject AI-produced content outright.

In other words: It's open season for refusing AI.

Artists, never forget that you are not a brand. You do not need to be consistent and marketable. If you CHOOSE to strive for these things that’s fine, but you do not NEED them. You are a fucking person, multi-faceted and complex. People who do not respect that see your art as a product

i get critique requests about "how can i improve this composition/pose" and every time I have to ask what the vibe/story you're trying to communicate because defining that will change your entire composition and choices for posing, expressions, angle, etc. plan ur foundations first!!!!

tonight has been learning the proper form for traditional archery, correct grip on a two-handed longsword and a spear, and reviewing rapier grips. i am learning a ton and realizing i've drawn such things incorrectly in the past AAAAAAAA learning tho!!!!
