Oftentimes, going to therapy, I felt like a spoiled brat who has it all complaining. I couldn't figure out "what's wrong with me". This book had so many answers and is really helping me understand myself and my reaction. If the cover resonates, read it!

This book is giving me a lot to think about. Definitely seeing how my childhood influenced a lot of my behaviors. Interestingly, I think coming to the US helped me heal. Learning to interact with people who have a different culture taught me to not take things personally.

I think that means you are doing it right.

I was supposed to go to a craft girl night and I have a cold so I end up being home alone. So this is a night for watercolor, beer, Disney music, reading and dog cuddles.
