You are welcome! Scroll to the bottom of the table of contents if you want the whole enchilada. Obergefell is an absolute beast in terms of size (if I'm recalling correctly) so maybe make some tea while you wait for it to load.

I suggest you look for the case(s). The OCR is not always 100% correct.

I am very sorry - all we have is what was in the collection that was donated to us. In the blog post we explained that it is more than cases that were accepted. Otherwise we would have far fewer.

No. The blog post explains what is in the collection. We only have cases that were in the donation. I hope that helps.

It doesn't look like that case is represented in the materials we have.

Government information should be freely available to all, but that is not always the case. I'm proud that we are doing our part to change this, especially for a body of materials that is of such high interest, in the US context and beyond. This is what Democracy's Library is all about.

Publishers’ AI battle hits Internet Archive SF organization losing access to some news content

“We are collateral damage.” - Mark Graham, Wayback Machine

When preservation is caught in the crossfire, it’s not just libraries that lose—it’s the public’s access to history, knowledge, and truth.

The web shouldn’t disappear behind closed doors.
