In the summer, I took a risk and left a school I adored for the last 9 years. I needed a change for many reasons…

I am now incredibly happy in my new role. I am rewriting the English curriculum and I can get my ‘nerd’ on with research and pedagogy.💡

This is so true. I recovering from knee surgery so have had to manage my own stress/anxiety/mental health in other ways. It’s not easy but long term much more healthier than relying on one strategy.

Everyone needs to speak up about mental health. People care. People will listen. 🤗💪🏼
