It’s telling that this bug in WebStorm hasn’t gained much traction, as many Vue component libraries still lag significantly in terms of developer experience, including intellisense, autocompletion, and suggestions.

And about that, what’s the point of vue-tsc on duplicating types when you use defineSlots()? I end up with an intersection of two identical interfaces…

Just filled a bug report on WebStorm affecting Vue typings when vue-tsc adds some types for slots in the .d.ts file. Very weird and has been “opened” for at least 4 months.

Hope it gets fixed soon because it affects a very important DX feature of libraries.

Como prometí, mi último proyecto ha sido una digitalización (aún no es una tipografía) del Alfabeto Andaluz que Alberto Corazón creó para la Junta de Andalucía en 1985. Es muy interesante por las formas del alfabeto y por el énfasis en la inclinación como signo de dinamismo. Sería muy recuperable.

I’ve been working with @storybook.js.org lately and I have to admit I am slowly falling in love. They are moving in the right direction with latest updates!

Component Tests validate your components’ functionality in the browser, without spinning up your whole stack. Now they’re available inside Storybook, transforming your stories into @vitest.dev tests. Also includes watch mode, visual tests, and (soon) a11y tests and coverage.
