tbf all the orthopedists I saw suspected I had existing wear and tear before that happened.

I slept on my shoulder wrong and ended up needing surgery AMA
😍
I would get so dizzy if I drank like that 🫨
Bobbleheads!
Just a little green protein bar Stephanie.
A chunky green caterpillar with a yellow stripe and pudgy little fit climbs the side of a tree trunk.
Yesterday I was sitting outside and this friend landed on me, to both of our surprises. This is after I transferred them to my nearby redbud tree. Perfect little bird snack.
🎶 “If you hooooold on for one more day, things are gonna raa-aain (things are gonna rain)” 🎶
Every time we have a dry spell with rain forecast within the next few days my brain involuntarily starts singing to the garden “Hold on for one more day” by Wilson Phillips.
I wish it wouldn’t.
Someone call the Pulitzer committee
Yeah I would demand credit for that one too. Well played.
A translucent cartoon dog face.
Gosh that‘s disturbing, I’m glad she did the right thing though.
I notice it every time they’re doing flushing in the area, so pretty sure that’s it. It’s gross and I hate it (but I suppose they have to flush the system so 乁( •_•)ㄏ)
That phlox tho 😜
Also one of my career escapist fantasies is to design and install these systems so let me know if you would like to chat more in depth. I'm nerdy enough that I would find it fun.
One of these days I'll pay for someone to plumb the drip irrigation system properly and bypass this whole jalopy. But, you know, money.
A picture of a rather complex apparatus attached to a hose bib on an exterior brick wall. First there is a 4-way hose splitter. Attached to two of those outlets are B-Hyve brand hose timers. After that there is a brass back flow preventer, then a pressure regulator, after that a hose-to-drip irrigation adapter, and then 1/2 inch RainBird brand drip irrigation transmission tubing, which is attached to the adapter by a pipe clamp.
Here's the current rig with labels! Main difference is I upgraded the back flow preventers to a kind that doesn't spray out as much water when the timer shuts off.
I use a combination of drip emitter tubing and individual emitters. I have a spray head but I don't really use it.
A green garden hose laid out in a bean shape in a garden to indicate where a pond could go.
I made the mistake of plotting out where a frog pond could go, just as a thought experiment.
Wasn’t expecting to cry when they came out of the blackout period.
Ha ha just kidding I knew I was going to cry the whole
time.
They certainly have their own opinions about our clumsy efforts!
This only hits 2/3 of your bullet points but Malee Thai in Alexandria is excellent. You can sit in the waiting area for a bit after the massage but it’s definitely not a lounge (the hot tea is really nice though).
I have definitely done the chaos sprinkling method before, and will likely do it again at some point.
They’re surface sown, and the jug is clear, so they should be getting light, but I suppose I could move the jug to somewhere that gets a little more just to be sure. I’ll try it out!
Sowed the seeds one of those plastic jugs in early January. Even if they don’t sprout this year I’ll leave them in until next spring in case they didn’t get enough of a cold stretch.
Forgot to mention that yes I can share. Unless I change my mind and declare my yard ALL LOBELIA.
Meanwhile nothing is going with the Monarda fistulosa seeds. Do they just sprout later than the others? At what point do I despair (aka give in and buy live plants)?
Apparently there was a package get together in Shreveport.
My last cat was definitely just a puker.
