As a child? Alien. It's the first horror movie I remember seeing and boy did the little bit of it I watched, out of curiosity, give me nightmares!

I enjoy it, and the horror genre as a whole, quite a bit as an adult. And while it didn't scare me, the atmosphere of Hereditary is excellent.
